About Me

My first love in life was music. I was all-in with my love of singing from the moment when I first heard the vocal acrobatics of tremendous powerhouses singing ballads with remarkable registers and impressive vibratos. Yet I felt a craving for my own path of self expression, one that was uniquely me. This led to explore other creative possibilities and avenues for expression. The spiritual call to explore the art of acting began pulling on my heartstrings and I had to discover what that was all about.

In 2018, I embarked on a journey that sparked a small flame and quickly grew into a wildfire of passion when I first set foot into the Meisner classroom. Little did I know that this learning experience would shape the trajectory of my artistic and creative life. After two solid years of training with my initial teacher I went on to continue my training at other studios and branched off into producing and acting in film works including a web series, short films, music videos and more. Over time I was invited to guest teach Meisner intermittently which unexpectedly stirred deep roots of passion inside, making me feel compelled and ready to dedicate myself more fully to teaching.

The final element of my unique form of expression comes from my interest in health and wellness. I had been on a lifelong pursuit dedicated to learning how to live a full, vibrant and thriving life. Just one thing kept getting in my way – my own addiction to my pain story! It’s really hard to shed through will alone, but luckily I didn’t have to any longer because when I was introduced to Organic Intelligence in 2020 I knew that I had finally unlocked the code to my own healing and deep in my bones I knew that it could massively benefit others as well. I soon began my training as a coach and have been continuing my education ever since.

All of these, though, are merely tools to achieve my ultimate goal of helping people to feel free to be who they truly are. Whether it be working one-on-one as an Organic Intelligence coach or helping to foster connection amongst groups, my intention remains the same. I am here to come alongside you and reflect back the magic, beauty and innate power within until it can be held and realized fully on one’s own.
